Heart: What is heart?

StartFragment

What is heart? What is the heart? There is the physical and there is also the spiritual, emotional, and mental of the heart.

As the legend goes, the well known picture of a heart that is drawn is actually two hearts united together as one.

The definitions of heart are (noun: person, place, or thing): 1. a muscular organ that pumps the blood through the circulatory system by rhythmic contraction and dilation. (sub-definition): the heart regarded as the center of a person's thoughts and emotions, especially love or compassion. One's mood or feeling. Courage or enthusiasm. 2. the central or innermost part of something. (sub-definition): the vital part or essence. (verb: something that is acted or done: informal) 1. like very much; love.

Origin: Old English heorte, of Germanic orgin; related to Dutch hart and German Herz, from Indo-European root shared by Latin cor, cord- and Greek ker, kardia.

Kardia is used often in the original Bible texts according to www.blueletterbible.org

Applications: Heart Focused Consciousness ("Open Focus Brain" book), Heart Focused Breathing ("HeartMath Institute"), ancient wisdom "The Holy Bible" to learn Christ Consciousness and get a closer, more intimate relationship with GOD, the creator.

Subjects of interest: Neurocardiology, Electrophysiology, Inutition, Magnetic fields, Love

"The one who looks at me is seeing the One who sent me. I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness. If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. ..." John 12:45-47. All who come to Jesus, he points to the Father, the creator, source. I will unpack more science and experience of this later.

According the HeartMath Institute: (Introduction for "Science of the Heart") "New research shows the human heart is much more than an efficient pump that sustains life. Our research suggests the heart also is an access point to a source of wisdom and intelligence that we can call upon to live our lives with more balance, greater creativity and enhanced intuitive capacities. All of these are important for increasing personal effectiveness, improving health and relationships and achieving greater fulfillment.

This overview will explore intriguing aspects of the science of the heart, much of which is still relatively not well known outside the fields of psychophysiology and neurocardiology. We will highlight research that bridges the science of the heart and the highly practical, research-based skill set known as the HeartMath System."

I believe the heart is the most central form of life. When living from the heart, life has great purpose and meaning. It is electric. According to HeartMath Institute, the electrical-magnetic-vibrational energy of the heart is much greater than the brain or anywhere else in the body. The heart has been considered by many cultures throughout time to be the center of all things in the being of a human. Moses says in Deuteronomy 4:6 "YHWH, our God is one, love YHWH with all your heart, soul, and might." The heart is listed first. Jesus Christ, Jehoshua Christ of Nazereth, said the greatest commandment is this (quoting Moses, the Egyptian prince who led his people out of Egypt by way of GOD speaking to him in his heart), "Hear O Israel, YWHY, our God is one, love God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind and all your strength." Again, the heart is mentioned prime.

HeartMath Institute has a "Science of the Heart" that is available for download and their research has been instrumental in living my life and getting a closer relationship with GOD; including nature, others, and myself, as well as production. The heart is the first thing created in life. The sperm seeks out the egg and inseminates and the miracle of life unfolds. Two cells become one, miracle. Then the nuclear fusion combustion continues all through life. First one becomes two, two becomes four, four becomes eight cells, and so on as the flower of life is unfolded in sacred geometry by the design of our Creator. It used to be believed that the brain was the first organ created in embryo, this is not true. This came from the measuring of electrical stimulation. Doctors at the time, humans who are and were flawed as we all are, thought it must be the brain then being created. However, further research has shown that the heart is the first observable organ created. All things of our bodies come from the heart. The heart is the electrical stimulation, the home of Source within. As my church leaders spoke, GOD within.

People have said for quite some time to "follow your heart." I believe this is great advice if you have first purified your heart. To experience the deep spiritual healing, there must be a pureness, an innocence regained through grace. This is how to experience true unconditional love, to first experience true unconditional forgiveness. Purify your heart and intentions and follow the teachings of Christ, and you will experience a wholeness of self. That is the message. That is my experience also.

True Identity. I will unfold and unpack this one further in nature later. However, I believe that unless the heart is fully awakened and healed, True Identity is not fully realized. Yes, layers upon layers will unfold, however the supreme ultimate comes in unconditional love, having stepped through unconditional forgiveness. That means accepting and giving unconditional forgiveness. That is how to experience receiving and giving, ultimately vibrating, feeling and being, unconditional love.

Heart Focused Consciousness technique. Adapted from "Open Focus Brain" and HeartMath Institute.

Become fully aware of your physical heart. Feel the beat. Feel the rhythm. Allow this consciousness to take control of your heart/spirit (heart and breath), soul (gut instinct), mind (brain), and might (physical body). I will unpack more later on the details of heart, soul, mind, and body and how they relate to our bodily temples using, if applicably found, Biblical concepts, scientific research, and those people and cultures from around the world and within history who experienced and spoke of this experience. Become aware of your heart space. Feel your heart. Breathe as if breathing into and out from your physical heart location. Be at peace with the love within you. This is your source of the creation of you. Tapping into this source with a purified heart, soul, mind, and body will allow for you to be divinely led and to experience a life or happiness, peace, love, forgiveness, fulfillment, synconicity, miracles, meaning and destiny. There is a great deal to explain, little by little I will do my best to speak truth as I experience, which is not to say that relative truth is shared reality truth, the greater truth, the abosolute truth. Breathe into your heart. Feel your heart. Do not force anything, just consciously bring unconditional love to your heart, and you will discover, that this is the source of that consciousness. My heart dances as I write this.

On April 1, 2018 I was baptized in the Holy Spirit when a pastor at my church put his hands on me and called on the Holy Spirit. I was filled with so much love that it transformed my being. That is one of the most significant moments in my entire life. I surrendered to heart guidance of my physical being and witnessed my thoughts. I was standing in my experience of perfect peace with my eyes closed and in a position that is difficult to describe, when I heard from the physical location of my Heart, "Welcome home."

Next subject: Destiny.
